Position Summary职位概述:

Deal with Tax and SAFE affairs daily and monthly issues, declare tax information to Local & National Tax Bureau. Keep good relationship with all related governments.
负责税务日常及月度事务处理，向当地及国税各部门支付税款，与政府部门保持良好的沟通。

Handle AP booking and employee expense reimbursement and other issues.

负责处理应付账款的入账和员工费用的报销及其他问题。

Essential Duties and Responsibilities主要工作职责:

1.Support External & Internal audit;
协助内外部审计;
2.VAT, Income and Export Tax Calculations and Declarations, and data analysis;
增值税、所得税和出口退税的计算与申报及数据分析;

3. Vendor  invoices booking and authentication and making related monthly reports

供应商发票的入账及认证，并负责AP 相关的月度报告；

4. Issue Customer VAT invoices, Cooperating with AR team and CS team.

与AR部门和CS 部门合作，为客户开具发票。
5. Statistical Data Declaration & Government Agencies Coordination;
统计税款数据，与政策部门紧密合作;

6. Check and pack work related vouchers for archiving;

将工作相关的凭证存档;

7. Check the Original script employee expense reimbursement；

检查员工报销的凭证原件

8. Assist Fixed Assets management and year-end inventory-taking ;
协助固资产管理及年终存货盘点;
9.Tax Meeting & Tax Policy Arrangements;
及明参加税务会议，了解税务政策;
10. United annual inspection.
负责政策部门的联合年检.

任职要求：

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities必备的知识、技能和能力:

1. At least 2 years processing Tax   affairs in a import & export manufacturing environment is required. 至少2年有进出口制造业的税务处理经验;
  2. Working knowledge of accounting processes 会计帐务处理工作知识;
  3. Good at cooperation 合作.

4. Education : Diploma above degree大专学历;
  5. Major: accounting or economics会计或经济学专业;
  6. Skills:  Fluently computer software   skills 熟练操作计算机软件;
  7. Knowledge of SAP system is an asset熟悉SAP 系统更佳.
